This month's meditation is about getting into the feeling of being where you want to be in the future. By the end of this year- what do you want to be doing, where will you be... let's take some time this month to actually stop and visualize the future you. The quicker you can begin to see yourself in the place you want to be, the better. This is an incredible and powerful exercise!!
